专利说明:
FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to the suspension of underbody graders or underbody scrapers for use in vehicles, work machines and the like. Technical background Aluster blades are used, for example, to level dirt roads and, in winter, to remove polant from the road surface. Vuomet Oy's Finnish patent 126587 discloses a suspension arrangement for a base blade used in a tractor. In the patent, the base steel is called the base plow. Since plow means an agricultural tool used for plowing in addition to a snow plow, the blade must be regarded as a more descriptive name because of the intended use of the implement. The base blade is then an actual assembly of equipment to be connected to a vehicle, work machine or the like, which also comprises a dozer blade under the vehicle, machine or the like, which means the part of the base blade that is in contact with the road surface and pushes the material to be moved. In the above-mentioned Vuomet Oy patent, the dozer blade is attached to the tractor by means of a frame plate. The frame plate is suspended from the front of the tractor by means of a hydraulic cylinder at the front and two attachment points D not shown in detail at the rear. In N & Pajakulma Oy's Finnish patent application 20155861 shows the dozer plate suspension frame. The EO ladder suspension frame consists of longitudinal E 30 beams attached to each other and transverse beams welded to them. The suspension frame is height-adjustable at the front & by means of 2 hydraulic cylinders attached to the left beam and the right beam by means of a length-adjustable mounting post N. The suspension frame is articulated between the tractor frame and the suspension frame by means of a ball mounting ball for the mounting posts and between the frame and the frame extension. P38352EN00 2 ball mounting with ball. On the longitudinal beams of the suspension frame there are plate-like sliding elements mounted on the beams. The applicant's Finnish patent 128021 discloses a suspension arrangement for a base blade used in a vehicle, work machine or the like. The suspension plate used to suspend the dozer blade is suspended from the tractor frame by attaching the frame plate at its front end to separately mounted hydraulically height-adjustable posts and at its rear end to the subframe fixed to the tractor frame by means of a bull's eye joint. OBJECT OF THE INVENTION The object of the invention is to improve the tilting property of the dozer blade of the base blade suspension arrangement. This object can be solved by means of a suspension blade suspension arrangement according to the independent claim and by means of a parallel vehicle, working machine or the like according to independent claim 13. The dependent claims describe technically advantageous aspects of the base blade suspension arrangement. Advantages of the invention The suspension blade suspension arrangement for use in a vehicle, implement or the like comprises a right-hand suspension frame and a separate left-hand suspension frame, each of which is arranged separately and fastened or = can be fastened to the frame of the vehicle, implement or the like by means of N hinge joints. In addition, the <Q suspension arrangement comprises an adjusting foot acting on the right suspension frame a and an adjusting foot acting on the left suspension frame E 30, the length of the adjustable legs being individually adjustable and arranged so that the dozer blade in the working position & can be tilted toward the frame N by adjusting the mutual height of the adjusting feet. The dozer blade is attached separately to the right-hand suspension frame P38352EN00 3 and to the left-hand suspension frame by means of a pivoting structure, in particular a bull's eye. Compared to the solutions described in the applicant's above-mentioned patent and Pajakulma Oy's aforementioned patent application, the tilting property of the dozer blade suspension arrangement is patent and using the solutions described in Pajakulma Oy's patent application, compulsion arises when the height of only one adjusting leg is changed. Torsion causes lateral loading of the adjusting foot in both three-joint suspension solutions. Especially when telescopic adjusting feet are used as adjusting feet in practice, lateral loading easily causes the adjusting foot to jam. The suspension arrangement now presented reduces the lateral load on the adjusting legs and, in particular when using telescopic adjusting legs, practically eliminates the jamming of the adjusting leg. Since it is a base blade, the dozer blade according to the invention is practically necessarily below the vehicle, the working machine or a similar frame and can be pivoted between the working position and the transport position by means of a number of hydraulic cylinders. > Swivel to transport position. The transport position means> the position of the dozer blade, in which the dozer blade is rotated to the upper position 6 to increase the ground clearance, and the working position means the position of the dozer blade required to remove the polar EO 30 therefrom. These dozer blade positions are described in more detail in Applicant E's aforementioned prior patent. o In this case in particular, one of the hydraulic cylinders is preferably a S-turn cylinder, which is arranged to turn the dozer blade between the> working position and the transport position. P38352EN00 4 Similarly, there is preferably one of the hydraulic cylinders, a transfer cylinder, which is arranged to move one articulation point of the dozer blade. Preferably, of the articulation structures allowing the dozer plate suspension to rotate, the first is a fixedly mounted articulated structure and the second is movably mounted on a shaped member, and wherein a hydraulic cylinder is arranged to move the articulated member in the shaped member. Such a solution is described in the applicant's earlier patent mentioned above. The rotation-allowing articulation structures used to attach the dozer blade are or comprise bull's eyes. According to a preferred aspect, the movement in the direction opposite to the working direction of the swivel cylinder dozer blade is limited by means of a pressure relief valve. In this way, it is better to avoid damaging the body plate, the dozer blade or the fastening structures between the vehicle, the implement or a similar frame or suspension arrangement when the tilted dozer blade is turned from the working position to the transport position. In this case, due to the amount of inclination, it may no longer be possible to turn to the transport position. By means of a pressure relief valve arranged in this way, it is also possible to prevent the dozer blade from occasionally catching on the road surface when reversing a vehicle, work machine or the like, which can cause a dangerous situation. This may be the case, in particular, when the road is uneven, at the edge of the pavement or, in particular, in the case of traffic dividers and platforms used in built-up areas in urban and urban areas, when S is reversed. By means of the pressure relief valve, part of the impact energy T 30 can be absorbed into the hydraulic circuit, whereby a metal E against metal collision can either be avoided completely or at least the kinetic energy can be reduced somewhat before the S collision. N Most preferably, the pressure relief valve is a double pressure relief valve arranged to limit the dozer blade in its working direction to the reversing cylinder. P38352EN00 and on the other hand also the force on the reversing cylinder in the opposite direction to the working direction of the dozer blade. Such a hydraulic circuit provides a cost-effective yet effective way to prevent damage to the base blade as well as to a vehicle, machine, or the like. A vehicle, work machine or the like according to the invention comprises a base blade suspension arrangement according to a first aspect of the invention. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS A preferred embodiment of the base blade suspension arrangement will now be described by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawings. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a tractor in which a dozer blade plate is suspended using a suspension arrangement; FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the base steel detached from the tractor; FIG. 3 is a base blade from below the tractor body, seen directly from above; FIG. 4 is a front view of the base blade when the dozer blade is not tilted; FIG. 5 FIG. 4 base blade when the dozer blade is tilted lower, for example the left edge (the tilt can also be in the other direction); > FIG. 6 tilted dozer blade turned to the transport position; O N 25 and O O "on. oO FIG. 7 hydraulic diagram. m I The same reference numerals refer to the same technical parts in all> FIG. n x Detailed explanation FIG. 1 FIG. 1 shows an illustrative view of a tractor 20 in which the dozer blade 4 of the base blade 21 is suspended using a suspension arrangement. Instead of a tractor, the dozer blade plate 4 of the base blade 21 can be hung more generally on a vehicle, work machine or the like. In the following P38352EN00 6 application examples use the tractor as an exemplary vehicle or implement for clarity. The dozer blade 4 is turned from the working position to the transport position by means of a hydraulic cylinder 5. FIG. 1 shows the dozer blade 4 in the transport position. In the working position, the dozer blade 4 is rotated to the lower position so that the lower edge of the dozer blade 4 comes into contact with the road surface. The preferred pivoting mechanism and pivoting to the transport position / working position is described in more detail in the applicant's previous patent. For the present invention, a similar articulation and pivoting mechanism can be used as described in the applicant's previous patent. The height adjustment and tilting of the lower edge of the dozer blade 4 (i.e. the blade / wear plate / pin blade, etc.) is most preferably performed by means of separately adjustable adjusting feet 3 (right adjusting foot 3A, left adjusting foot 3B). FIG. 4 shows the base blade 21 seen directly from the front when the dozer blade 4 is not tilted, and FIG. 5 shows the base blade 21 when the dozer blade 4 is turned lower edge. Tilting can also be implemented in the other direction, i.e. the right edge lower. FIG. 7 shows a possible hydraulic diagram for tilt adjustment: the valves / control blocks 73, 75 used in the length adjustment of the hydraulic cylinders of the adjusting legs 3A, 3B, which thus adjust the height of the adjusting legs, are connected to> one pressure line P1 taken from the vehicle / implement / hydraulic block. The valves / control blocks 73, 75a can advantageously be connected to the same pressure line in parallel. 2 In this case, the control block / valve 75, 73 is most preferably controllable via the selector 74. This makes it easier for the user of the base blade 21 T 30 to work when the tilt adjustment becomes E almost intuitive. & the impacts on the control legs 3A, 3B can be reduced by the pressure accumulator PA in the pressure line P1, P2 of the control legs. FIG. 2 shows a suspension body 21 of a base blade 21, which preferably comprises a right-hand suspension body 1A, a left-hand P38352EN00 g of a suspension frame 1B, both of which are connected at one end to the mounting lug 63 of the adjusting foot 3. Each adjusting foot 3 is a telescopic foot (sometimes the term is also a telescopic foot), ie the adjusting foot can be extended by pushing or pulling the extension outwards, e.g. The upper mounting lugs of the adjusting legs 3 are attached to the body 60 of the tractor 20 in a rotational manner and the flange-shaped mounting plates 61 are bolted from the holes 62 to the body 60 of the tractor 20. At each end, each suspension body 1A, 1B is most preferably attached to the body plate 1A, 1B. or a hardened sleeve, or a plain bearing) to the subframe 2 (which is attached to the frame 60 of the tractor 20, in practice most preferably to the rear axle housing). The mounting lug 64 and the fitting 65 form a hinge joint by means of which both the right-hand suspension body 1A and the left-hand suspension body 1B are separately articulated relative to the subframe 2. Instead of a hinge joint, another mechanical structure can be used, as long as the structure allows rotation about the pivot axis and is rigid laterally, to prevent rotation of the suspension frames 1A, 1B by using the hinge joint to get rid of the "three-articulated joint" described in Pajakulma Oy's patent application. O S In addition, with respect to the solution N described in the applicant's previous patent, it is now possible to prevent the occasional situation that, when the Q plate 4 is in its upper position, when tilted, the frame plate could catch on the frame 20 of the tractor. This makes the E 30 especially useful when you want the best possible ground clearance for your vehicle, implement or similar. In this case, the suspension frame 1A, 1B can in principle be placed> in contact with the frame S of the vehicle, working machine or the like substantially along its entire distance. The base blade 21 shown in FIG. 2 is much more robust than the applicant's solution according to the previous patent: the different P38352EN00 8 Adjustment of the adjustable legs due to the height position can be prevented or significantly reduced. Similarly, the articulation shown can effectively prevent lateral forces from entering the suspension frame from turning the dozer blade 4, which could jam the adjusting legs. 3. The hydraulic cylinder 5 pivots the dozer blade between the working position and the transport position. The hydraulic cylinder 5 also provides a sufficient contact pressure on the dozer blade 4 to the road to enable efficient removal of the polant. The hydraulic cylinder 6 moves the articulation point of the dozer blade. In this regard, we refer to the applicant's earlier patent for advantageous details of the more detailed structure of the suspension structure. FIG. 7 shows a hydraulic diagram of the hydraulic line used to turn the dozer blade 4. Both the pivot cylinder 5 and the articulation point transfer cylinder 6 are connected to one pressure line P1, P2 (which is most preferably a different pressure line than the tilt adjustment) taken from the hydraulic block of the vehicle / implement / the like via a double pressure limiter 71. The pivoting cylinders 5 and the articulation point transfer cylinder 6 can advantageously be connected to the same pressure line in parallel. The pressure line PA is most preferably used in the pressure line. FIG. 3 shows the displacement of the joint point of the dozer plate 4. The dozer blade 4 is suspended by a pivoting articulation structure, most preferably by a bull eye 9, and most preferably by both frame plates a 1A, 1B. The second body plate, most preferably the right body 2 body plate 1A (may of course be S in the left body plate 1B instead), has a shape-limiting member T30 such as FIG. 3 and the slot 7, E disclosed in the applicant's earlier patent where the dozer plate suspension joint is moved by a hydraulic cylinder 6O. FIG. 6 shows the tilted dozer blade 4 turned to the transport position N. The tilted dozer blade 4 causes torque on the frame plates 1A, 1B in the transport position. However, the lateral torque is not as bad as in the “three-roof joint arrangement” P38352FI00 9 nor described in applicant's earlier patent kolminivelisessä structure as the suspension frames 1A, 1B and the sub-frame 2 of the hinge joint between transfer the load of the subframe 2 by the tractor 20 to the frame 60. Kolminivelisessä pattern adjustment feet 3A or 3B, the extension or shortening the frame plate vääntäisi control feet of the opposite side and may result in jumittamisen . When the dozer blade 4 is in the working position, the bull's eyes 9 used in the articulation of the dozer blade 4 make it possible to tilt the blade without it sticking to the frame structure of the lower blade. In the transport position, the dozer blade is attached or almost attached to the frame plate. When working on the lower blade, it is common for the frame plates 1A, 1B not to be in the same plane, due to the inclination of the road or the desired inclination. In this case, when the dozer blade 4 is raised to the transport position, using the structure described in the applicant's patent, the dozer blade 4 is caught towards something before reaching the maximum height (i.e. the height closest to the body 60). This could damage the hydraulic line that turns the dozer blade to the working position. Therefore, the base blade 21 preferably has a double pressure restrictor 71, with which the pressure is limited to the desired one, so that the dozer blade 4 or parts of the base blade 21 are not damaged. The invention is not to be construed as limited to the appended claims but is to be construed as including all legal equivalents thereof and combinations of the disclosed embodiments.
